1. Return Eligibility

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Seeds and Live Plants (due to perishable nature)
• Opened chemicals or fertilizers
• Customized or special-order machinery

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
